All professors and teachers should not charge for their time and knowledge. Your payment is found in the hearts and souls of those you teach and direct. Know that it is the greatest honor to be trusted by the community to program their future generations with your knowledge and wisdom. Besides Godly principles you are the spirit of the community and through your teachings and influence you inspire the future to contain your immortality by using what you have taught them. For a good teacher or professor does not just preach from books but also gives their perception and ideals of what they teach and thus inspires the students to have an open mind and thus ask questions often. For through questioning comes understanding. Lack of questioning and hands on learning is just memorization and programming. All teachers and professors will be highly encouraged to teach hands on. If a teacher is teaching carpentry then the students can help build houses. If another is mechanics then the students can help fix things around the community as a hands on learning process. Same goes with culinary arts and the rest of what can be taught. As for math and language the students will be taught how to think and perceive how those original people came up with such ideas and formulas so that they may better understand. How math and art are hand in hand etc etc. Thus art class will also be part of math class. The schools and college of this society will be free in which everything is provided for by the self sufficient community.
