All professionals and laborers should not charge for their hardship, skills, or time. Isn't it payment enough to walk through the community and see everywhere something that you had a hand in? To know that you are the backbone of the community and that your creativity and / or skills act as a foundation for whomever you labored for. A laborer should work because it makes them happy and because it strengthens their skills, ideas, connections, and even favor amongst the community. Know also that in such a self sustaining community all will be provided for you just as you provide for others so long as everyone is for each other - the community. As a rule (not as a form of payment) whomever you give your services to should give you priority in their schedule if you request a service from them.
